In roles that ranged from Product Specialist, Professional Services Consultant, to System Engineer, I focused on delivering exceptional post-sale value in Customer Success. This experience allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of cybersecurity products, understand the nuances of market needs, and drive customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
